The problem

You shouldn't run a fair from a spreadsheet.

Stall plans drawn on paper. Exhibitor invoices buried in your inbox. Couples booked in one tool, suppliers in another. Doors open at ten and you're checking three apps to find out who paid. Popup Pal puts the whole show in one place, so the morning of feels less like a fire drill and more like an event.

What you get

Built for wedding fair organisers.

Every feature you need to run the event, sell the tickets, and bring the same crowd back.

Couples book in seconds

Bookings convert because checkout is fast, mobile, and quiet. Free, paid, or VIP tickets with optional plus-ones, all in one flow.

Exhibitors book themselves

Stop chasing invoices. Suppliers see what's available, choose a stall, and pay you direct. Approve, decline, or hold without the email back-and-forth.

A floor plan that's actually current

Drop exhibitors onto numbered stalls, share the plan with the venue, and give couples a preview so they walk in knowing who they want to meet.

Rebook the room before pack-down

Exhibitors who had a good day rebook in two taps. Couples who came hear about your next date the moment it's live. Repeat business, on autopilot.

Scan on the door, from your phone

No clipboards, no clunky scanners, no rented laptops. Tickets and exhibitor passes scan from any phone, even when the venue wifi gives up.

One payout, one set of numbers

Ticket sales and stall fees land in the same payout. Your accountant sees one figure, not five. See the pricing page for the breakdown.

How it works

How a wedding fair runs on Popup Pal

Set the fair up once. Open both sides for booking. Run the day from your phone. Lock the next one in before anyone goes home.

01

Set up the show

Date, venue, ticket types, stall sizes, supplier categories. Five minutes of setup, not five evenings.

02

Open both sides

One link for couples, one for exhibitors. Both feed the same dashboard so you always see the full picture.

03

Run the day

Scan on arrival. Point exhibitors to their stalls. Watch live numbers without leaving the floor.

04

Lock in the next one

Announce your next date. Past exhibitors and past couples get a tap-to-book nudge. The next show starts selling itself.

FAQs

Common questions

Can suppliers book and pay for their own stalls?

Yes. You set the stall types and prices once. Suppliers browse what's available, pick the one they want, and pay you direct. You can approve each booking by hand or let it auto-confirm, whichever suits the way you run.

Can I run paid and free couple tickets at the same fair?

Yes. Set up as many ticket types as you need. Free entry for couples on the guest list, standard for general admission, VIP for the prosecco-on-arrival crowd. They all sit behind the same checkout.

What if a couple wants to bring family or a photographer?

Add a plus-one option to any ticket type. Couples bring extra guests at checkout without you fielding emails the week before.

Do I need to print a guest list for the door?

Not unless you want one. Tickets scan from your phone. If you'd rather have paper as a backup, you can export the guest list in a click.

Run your next wedding fair the way it should run.

Set the show up, open both sides for booking, and have the whole thing in one place by the end of the evening.
